These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Call AI – AI Speech (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By using Call AI – AI Speech, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Call AI – AI Speech is an AI-powered application that provides speech, voice interaction, and AI-assisted conversational features for personal and productivity use.
The Service is focused on voice interaction, speech generation, and AI-based guidance. It is not an e-commerce platform, app builder, or merchant service.
3. User Accounts
Some features may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Interact with AI voice and speech features responsibly
- Follow applicable local, national, and international laws
Prohibited Use
- Misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
5. Intellectual Property
Call AI, its name, logo, software, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may optionally integrate with third-party services such as:
- Google Sign-In for authentication
- Eleven Labs for AI voice and audio generation
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Pricing and Purchases
At present, Call AI is available without mandatory payment.
If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are introduced in the future, users will be clearly informed in advance through the app or official communication channels.
8. Data and Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), including consent, data security, and user rights.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
